This young stallion is one of our very exciting prospects. Last Autumn Richard chose him at the stallion inspections in Holland, from all the VDL stallions on test, Cordoba was Richard's favorite. He was so impressed with his sheer athleticism, scope and technique. He was tall but was still able to put it all together. Richard was more than thrilled, when it was agreed VDL Cordoba would come to us.. . At home in our yard he is a very playful boy who is interested in everything and shows he enjoys his work.

His pedigree   VDL Cordoba is by this very sought after sire 'Cassini' who has had tremendous success with his progeny and very controlled by the Holsteiner studbook making his semen rather difficult to get hold of.

'Cassini I' was a tremendous performer showjumping with Frankie Sloothak having numerous wins in World Cup Competitions with the German Team. He won the Grand Prix of Arnheim and I know of six approved stallions sired by him, now there may be more.
