Here is a list of all our mares with their details. It is from these mares that we will be selling a crop of foals every year. The progeny will be listed at the end of each mares description. This is to enable anyone interested in any of our foals to view all the information first.

Ard Caramel Born 2002 IHR S1, 163 cms Colour Dun

Our special mare because I (Heather) have her as my riding mare, I love jumping her and even if I don't get time to compete these days she stays with us. Half Connemara, half Dutch Warmblood. Her dam, Ard Reverie had showjumping points and was placed 2nd in  an RDS Dublin Show Qualifier with Me!. The next dam Seskin Dusk  bred a  Grade 'A' 13.2 Showjumper and also bred an Open Working Hunter and a successful pony in the UK.

This mare is eight generations of our own breeding. When we had her broken by Eventing friends of ours, they said they could hack her out around the x-country jumps including the square ditches (part of their registered Novice event course) taking them in her stride. They said she was brilliant. We took her home and bred with her. Silhouette comes from a great eventing family. Ard Intimate (article right) was placed with me in Scarvagh (clear) and went on to winning Intermediate Eventing in the USA prior to an injury. Ard Black Cat was 5th Necarne International 3-Day Event and showjumped Internationally at 1.50m level.

The next dam Ard Image represented Great Britain at International Eventing with great success for her rider Mark Jenner. The next dam Ard Replica was never broken, she was by the great sire Sky Boy. The next dam was my first horse Ballymacad Copper Beech who won everything for me; Showjumping leagues, Dressage Championships and represented Ireland pony Club Senior Eventing; 5th in Stonleigh. The next dam Killala was 3rd in Badminton 3-Day Event with Ann Kidman. Killala was a full sister to Court Hill who took part in the Rome Olympics and The Quiet Man who showjumped Internationally with Capt. Romondo Dunzao.

Cloverhill Girl  1989 Ch IHR 170cms

This mare is very well related, a three parts sister to Kilfearagh Star and Kilfearagh Hill (an approved stallion) which are both in the top 50 of the Genetic Index for jumpers in Ireland. Cloverhill Girl is also out of the same dam as 'Mr G' who was last recorded as a Grace C showjumper. More we still have to find out.

This mare is the full sister to Ard Lou Lou, who finished 14th in the World Showjumping Championships, she was also on the Swedish winning Nations Cup Team. The next dam was the great little grade 'A' showjumping mare 'Lindy Lou' ridden  by Tom Vance who won numerous A grade competitions throughout Ireland in her time and is the granddam to more International performers which I will add later.

Derrylea Greylady 5 y'old Grey IHR 166 cms

Her dam Annaduff is a full sister to the International Grand Prix showjumper Ganley Lady. Ganley Lady had an amazing record by jumped for six seasons up at A level without ever incurring a fault! Annaduff is also a half sister to International showjumper Gleeson

Derrylea Greylady is a half sister to one of the best young event horses in Britain 'Irish Jester' who was among the final line-up at the annual world breeding championships in France. (Both out of Annaduff)

Irish Jester, ridden by Angela Tucker, of Long Newnton, near Tetbury, finished third in the 'one star-graded' horse trials for six-year-olds at Le Lion d'Angers. The event is a showcase for six and seven-year-olds which have shown outstanding form throughout the year.

Irish Jester has been a winner since Angela started competing the 16.2 hands bay gelding, taking an early victory in the Burghley Young Event Horse four-year-old championships in 2003 and returning last year to win the five-year-old title.

Clover Hill was ranked 10th in the world of leading sires.

Sparton Clover showjumped Grade 'C' winning classes in England including Southview Equestrian Centre.

Dunton  9 y'old AES Bay 163 cms

This mare was showjumped and hunted but had to retire due to an injury out hunting.

By Test Flight who was short listed for the Olympics Three Day Eventing Eventing for Ireland and finished best of the Irish at the Europeans. He was a son of the famous Carrolls Flight that won Internationally for Ireland ridden by Eddie Macken
